If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Users are solely responsible for their compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
Quickzy provides support exclusively to verified users after accessing or purchasing services. Support may include:
Assistance for technical issues and minor fixes
Ticket-based support system for registered users
Live chat support where available
Requests requiring changes beyond standard support may be handled as follows:
Scheduled Updates: Non-essential improvements may be included in future platform updates
Custom Services: Users may request specialized development services at additional cost
All Quickzy products, software, services, trademarks, branding, and digital assets remain the exclusive property of Quickzy. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform.
Users may not claim ownership, resell, replicate, or commercially exploit Quickzy services. All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Quickzy disclaims all warranties and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Quickzy does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible operation across all devices, browsers, or third-party integrations. Users are fully responsible for ensuring device and system compatibility. Modified services may not function properly with external plugins, modules, or platforms.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Using the Platform for unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purposes
Promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, racism, pornography, or explicit content
Copying, duplicating, selling, sublicensing, or exploiting any Quickzy services without written authorization
Using illegal software, malware, or hacking tools
Users are solely responsible for all content they submit or distribute. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice.
Users are responsible for securing their login credentials. Any unauthorized access or security breach must be reported immediately.
All payments made to Quickzy are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. Deposits, balances, and credits must be used solely for Quickzy services, including but not limited to ride-hailing, hosting, and campaign-related services.
By completing a payment, users expressly agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated, Quickzy reserves the unrestricted right to:
Immediately terminate services
Cancel any future or pending orders
Permanently suspend the user account
Any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate and permanent termination without exception.
Quickzy may offer promotional balances, free credits, coupons, or bonuses at its sole discretion. These offers are subject to verification and may be revoked, adjusted, or removed at any time in the case of suspected misuse or policy violation.
If misuse results in a negative account balance, the account will be suspended until full settlement is completed via a custom payment arrangement.
Quickzy shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from service interruptions, system failures, data loss, security breaches, unauthorized access, or third-party service dependencies.
Quickzy reserves the full right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.
All inquiries regarding these Terms and Conditions must be submitted through Quickzy’s official support channels available within the Platform.
