Delete My Account – Quickzy

If you no longer wish to use Quickzy, you may request permanent deletion of your account. Once your request is processed, your account will be disabled and your personal data will be removed from our systems, except for information we are legally required to retain.


1. What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Data Permanently Deleted

The following data will be removed from Quickzy systems:

  • Personal profile details (name, email address, phone number)

  • Account login credentials

  • Ride history and general app usage data

  • Ratings, reviews, and feedback submitted

  • Saved preferences, settings, and saved locations

  • Non-financial customer support chat records

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.


Data We May Retain (Legal & Operational Reasons)

Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or financial compliance purposes, including:

  • Identity or verification records (where applicable)

  • Driver or vehicle-related records (for driver accounts)

  • Wallet and transaction logs

  • Invoices, refunds, and financial records

  • Fraud prevention, security, or dispute-related information

Any retained data:

  • Is securely stored and encrypted

  • Is not used for marketing or service personalization

  • Is accessed only for compliance, auditing, or legal obligations


2. Before Submitting a Deletion Request

Please ensure that:

  • All rides are completed

  • There are no pending payments, bonuses, or wallet withdrawals

  • All disputes or support tickets are resolved

  • Driver or agent accounts (if applicable) are fully settled

Important:
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and all associated data will be permanently removed.


3. How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1 – Through the Quickzy App

  1. Open the Quickzy App

  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account

  3. Enter your registered phone number or email

  4. Complete verification (OTP or confirmation step)

  5. Confirm the deletion request


Option 2 – Via Email

Send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Registered phone number or email address

  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Your request will be verified and processed within a reasonable timeframe.


4. After Your Account Is Deleted

  • You will receive a confirmation notification

  • Your account will be permanently disabled

  • You will no longer be able to log in

  • Previous ride history and data will not be recoverable

  • You may register again in the future, but past data will not be restored
