Delete My Account – Quickzy
If you no longer wish to use Quickzy, you may submit a request to permanently delete your account. Once processed, your personal data will be removed from our systems, except for information we are legally required to retain.
1. What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
Data Permanently Deleted
The following information will be removed from Quickzy systems:
· Personal profile details (name, email, phone number)
· Account login credentials
· Ride history and general app usage data
· Ratings, reviews, and feedback submitted
· Saved preferences, settings, saved locations
· Non-financial support chat records
Data We May Retain (Legal/Regulatory Requirements)
As required under Pakistani laws (SECP, FBR, SBP, provincial transport authorities), some data must be retained for 5–7 years, including:
· CNIC and identity verification records
· Driver license and vehicle details (for Captains)
· Wallet and transaction logs
· Tax documents, invoices, and financial records
· Fraud, security, or dispute-related information
This data remains encrypted, secure, and is not used for marketing or service purposes after deletion—only for legal compliance.
2. Before Submitting a Deletion Request
Please ensure the following:
· All rides are completed
· No pending payments, bonuses, or wallet withdrawals
· All disputes or tickets are resolved
· Driver/Captain accounts (if any) are fully settled
Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and all ride history & saved data will be permanently removed.
3. How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1 – Through the Quickzy App
1. Open the Quickzy App
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account
3. Enter your registered phone number
4. Verify through OTP
5. Confirm the deletion request
Option 2 – Via Email
Send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include the following details:
· Full Name
· Registered Mobile Number
· CNIC (last 4 digits only)
· Reason for deletion (optional)
Your request will be verified and processed within 7 working days.
4. After Your Account Is Deleted
· You will receive a confirmation SMS/email
· Your account will be permanently disabled
· You will not be able to log in or restore past data
·
You may register again
using the same number,
but previous ride history and data will not be recovered
