If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all local, national, and international laws.
Quickzy provides support only to verified users who have purchased or accessed its services. Support is provided through:
Assistance for issue resolution and minor fixes
Ticket-based support system for registered users
Live chat support where available
Requests that require changes beyond standard support may be handled as follows:
Scheduled Updates: Non-critical matters may be resolved within future updates
Custom Services: Users may request custom development or modifications at additional cost
All Quickzy services, software, branding, digital assets, and platform content remain the exclusive property of Quickzy. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.
You may not claim ownership, resell, duplicate, modify, or distribute any Quickzy services. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. Quickzy shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Quickzy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible operation across all devices, browsers, or integrations. Any modified services may be incompatible with third-party plugins or external systems. Users assume full responsibility for device and software compatibility.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Using the Platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities
Promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, racism, or explicit content
Copying, selling, trading, or exploiting Quickzy services without written authorization
Distributing malware, hacking tools, or unauthorized software
Users are solely responsible for any content they submit or distribute. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
Users must keep login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
All payments made to Quickzy are final and non-refundable.
Balances, deposits, or credits are non-reversible and can only be used within the Quickzy Platform.
By making a payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes. If a chargeback occurs, Quickzy reserves the right to:
Terminate services
Cancel pending orders
Permanently block the account
Any fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate termination without exception.
Quickzy may offer free balances, bonuses, coupons, or promotional credits at its sole discretion. These are subject to monitoring and may be revoked at any time in cases of misuse or violation.
If misuse results in a negative balance, the user account will be suspended until full settlement.
Quickzy shall not be responsible for any loss resulting from service interruptions, system errors, data loss, security breaches, unauthorized access, or third-party platform failures.
Quickzy reserves the unrestricted right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued usage of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
All inquiries regarding these Terms and Conditions must be routed through Quickzy’s official support channels available within the Platform.
