This Risk & Abuse Prevention Policy outlines how Quickzy works to prevent, detect, investigate, and address abuse, fraud, misconduct, manipulation, and security threats across the platform.
This Policy applies to all users and participants of the Quickzy platform, including:
Riders
Drivers
Agents
Employees and contractors
Vendors and technology partners
Use of the Quickzy app or services constitutes acceptance of this Policy.
Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
Financial fraud or manipulation
Fake, inflated, or collusive transactions
Identity theft or impersonation
Referral, incentive, or promotional abuse
Chargeback or refund exploitation
Creation of fake rides or service loops
Unauthorized access, data misuse, or system interference
Reverse engineering, API abuse, or automation misuse
Harassment, threats, intimidation, or hate speech
Safety violations or deliberate service disruption
Repeated or intentional policy violations
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation of the platform is considered serious misconduct.

Unauthorized payment activity
Wallet or balance manipulation
Incentive, voucher, or bonus abuse
Artificial ride inflation
Fake withdrawals or refunds
Collusive ride activity to circulate funds
Includes:
Fake or duplicate accounts
Credential theft or sharing
Device spoofing or emulation
Account selling, renting, or transfer
Includes:
Fake or repeated ride bookings
Driver–rider collusion
Intentional cancellations
Route or fare manipulation
Agent-level onboarding or management abuse
Includes:
Reverse engineering or tampering
API manipulation
Unauthorized automation or scripts
Malware distribution
Interference with payment or security systems
Includes:
Harassment or intimidation
Threats or abusive behavior
Physical safety violations
False reporting or misuse of complaint systems
Quickzy uses multi-layered safeguards to reduce risk, including:
Identity and account verification
Device and session integrity checks
Transaction and behavior monitoring
Automated risk and fraud detection
Wallet limits and controls
GPS and route validation
Performance and trust scoring for drivers and agents
Periodic audits and reviews
These controls operate continuously and may be updated as risks evolve.
All users and partners must:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain only one account unless officially authorized
Keep login credentials secure
Avoid manipulation or misuse of systems
Report vulnerabilities, abuse, or suspicious activity
Refrain from assisting others in misconduct
Failure to meet these obligations may result in enforcement action.
Quickzy reserves the right to:
Monitor platform activity
Automatically flag suspicious behavior
Temporarily restrict or freeze accounts and wallets
Limit transactions during investigations
Review logs, transaction records, device data, and location data
Investigations may include analysis of:
Transaction and wallet history
Ride, route, and GPS data
Communication and support records
Account and device signals
Depending on severity, Quickzy may take actions including:
Transaction reversal or balance correction
Temporary wallet or account restrictions
Suspension or permanent account termination
Driver or agent deactivation
Device-level or identity-based blocking
Recovery of losses
Escalation where legally required
The following may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform:
Proven payment or wallet fraud
Use of stolen or falsified identities
Organized referral or incentive abuse
Chargeback manipulation
System hacking or API exploitation
Data theft or leakage
Coordinated abuse networks
Retaliation against individuals who:
Report abuse
Cooperate in investigations
Raise safety or compliance concerns
is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action.
Users acknowledge that:
No digital platform can guarantee absolute security
Platform safety is a shared responsibility
Negligent behavior that compromises security is not acceptable
Reporting risks and vulnerabilities is expected
Abuse-related disputes are reviewed using:
System and audit logs
Wallet and transaction records
Device and risk signals
GPS and ride data
Quickzy’s determinations are made in good faith and based on available evidence.
Quickzy is not responsible for losses resulting from:
User negligence or credential sharing
Compromised or infected devices
Third-party service failures
Network disruptions
External cyber incidents beyond reasonable control
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Quickzy may update this Risk & Abuse Prevention Policy from time to time.
Updates take effect upon publication within the app or official Quickzy channels.
Violation of this Policy may result in:
Account termination
Wallet restrictions or forfeiture
Loss of incentives or earnings
Platform blacklisting
Recovery actions or legal escalation where appropriate
