  • Digital platform usage

  • Wallet and payment-related activities

The policy is designed to align with generally accepted standards for workplace conduct, transportation services, user safety, data protection, and platform integrity.

1. Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity

Quickzy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for discrimination.

Discrimination or unequal treatment is prohibited on the basis of:

  • Gender or gender identity

  • Religion, belief, or cultural background

  • Ethnicity, caste, or community

  • National or regional origin

  • Age or disability

  • Marital, parental, or family status

  • Language, political opinion, or social background

This principle applies to recruitment, onboarding, access to services, compensation, account actions, and all interactions on the platform.

Drivers, agents, and staff must not refuse service, alter behavior, or provide unequal treatment based on a user’s identity, appearance, or location.


2. Fair & Accessible Transport Services

Quickzy requires that:

  • Ride requests are not refused based on destination, personal characteristics, or neighborhood

  • Passengers using assistive or service animals are accommodated respectfully

  • All users are treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect

Bias toward or against specific areas, communities, or user groups is not permitted.

Violations may result in account action, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.


3. Harassment & Misconduct

Quickzy enforces a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, including:

  • Verbal abuse, threats, or offensive language

  • Sexual remarks, gestures, or advances

  • Unwanted physical contact or intimidation

  • Inappropriate communication via chat, calls, or in-app tools

Any such behavior is considered a serious breach of platform rules and may result in immediate action, including suspension or permanent deactivation.


4. Inclusion & Fair Participation

Quickzy supports inclusive participation by:

  • Encouraging equal access to opportunities on the platform

  • Promoting respectful collaboration among diverse users

  • Providing fair treatment and equal standards for all roles

Discriminatory exclusion or unfair advantage is not permitted.


5. Data Protection & Financial Integrity

All personal, location, and financial data handled through Quickzy is processed in accordance with:

  • The Quickzy Privacy Policy

  • The Cookies Policy

  • The Wallet & Payments Policy

Misuse of personal data, unauthorized access, manipulation of wallet balances, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal or platform enforcement action.


6. Reporting Violations

Any user or partner who experiences or observes misconduct may report concerns confidentially.

9. Remedies & Corrective Measures

Where a violation is confirmed, corrective measures may include:

  • Account reinstatement or reassignment

  • Adjustments to access or privileges

  • Mediation or formal apology

  • Mandatory compliance or safety training


10. Oversight & Policy Review

Quickzy regularly reviews this Compliance Policy to ensure it remains effective and aligned with platform standards and operational needs.

Updates may be made from time to time and will be published within the app or on official Quickzy channels.

By using Quickzy, you agree to comply with this Compliance Policy and acknowledge that violations may result in corrective or disciplinary action.
