Quickzy is a mobility platform that connects:
Riders who request transportation services
Drivers who provide transportation services
Agents who recruit and manage drivers
Quickzy provides in-app wallet features to manage ride payments, commissions, incentives, and referral rewards within the platform ecosystem.
Wallet balances are stored-value records only and:
Do not represent bank accounts
Do not earn interest
Are not electronic money or deposits
Can only be used within the Quickzy platform
All amounts are displayed in USD or the local currency of the operating country, depending on user location and applicable settings.

Wallet balances cannot be transferred outside Quickzy and may only be used as described in this Policy.
Cash Wallet balances may be credited through:
Top-ups using approved payment methods
Ride earnings
Referral rewards
Promotional incentives or adjustments
Transfers are permitted only from Cash Wallet to internal wallets (e.g., Ride Commission Wallet)
Reverse or external transfers are not allowed
Withdrawals become available after account verification and completion of required eligibility conditions
Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing fees may apply based on payment method and region
Cash Wallet balances:
May be used only for Quickzy-related transactions
Cannot be used for third-party payments, gambling, crypto, or speculative activity
Used to automatically deduct the platform service fee per completed ride
Example: If a ride fare is USD 10, a 10% service fee (USD 1) is deducted
This wallet is non-withdrawable
Funded only via transfers from the Cash Wallet
Records a percentage share of platform service fees earned from managed or referred drivers
Non-withdrawable
May be transferred internally to drivers’ Ride Commission Wallets for operational support
Referral rewards are credited for verified users or drivers
Rewards remain pending until eligibility conditions are met (e.g., completion of the first ride)
Once unlocked, rewards are credited to the Cash Wallet and become withdrawable
Agents may earn a percentage of platform service fees generated by referred drivers
Fraudulent referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation may result in:
Reward forfeiture
Account suspension or termination

Agents may:
Transfer balances from Network Commission Wallet to drivers’ Ride Commission Wallets
Use internal circulation mechanisms as permitted by platform rules
Agents may not:
Withdraw Network Commission Wallet balances directly
Transfer funds outside the Quickzy platform
Every wallet action generates a transaction record, including:
Transaction or Ride ID
Transaction type (Top-up, Ride Payment, Referral, Fee, Transfer, Withdrawal)
Timestamp and status (Pending, Completed, Reversed where applicable)
Users can view their complete wallet history within the app at any time.
All payment processing is handled through secure, compliant third-party payment providers
Wallets are internal accounting records and are not insured
Suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination
Users may submit disputes or refund requests via in-app support or email.
Valid refunds are credited to:
The original payment method, or
The Cash Wallet, depending on transaction type and platform rules
Quickzy wallet features:
Support real-world transportation services only
Do not support digital-only goods, gambling, cryptocurrency, or speculative trading
Clearly disclose all fees, deductions, and wallet rules
Use approved payment gateways
Comply with Google Play and Apple App Store financial feature requirements
