This Driver & Agent Code of Conduct defines the ethical, professional, and operational standards expected from all drivers and agents who operate on or on behalf of the Quickzy platform.
This Code is designed to:
Ensure passenger safety and trust
Promote professional and respectful service
Prevent misconduct, fraud, and abuse
Protect the integrity and reputation of the Quickzy platform
Support legal, financial, and ethical compliance
This Code applies to:
All registered drivers
All onboarding and operational agents
Sub-agents and representatives
Any individual acting on behalf of Quickzy in a service or recruitment capacity
Acceptance of this Code is required for continued access to the platform.
Drivers and agents must:
Treat all riders, colleagues, and partners with respect and courtesy
Communicate politely and professionally
Avoid confrontational, aggressive, or abusive behavior
Maintain calm and professionalism in all situations
Harassment, intimidation, threats, or verbal abuse are strictly prohibited.
Drivers and agents must not discriminate based on:
Gender or gender identity
Religion or belief
Race, ethnicity, or community
Disability or health condition
Age or regional background
Social or economic status
Service refusal or altered behavior based on personal characteristics or location is not permitted.
Quickzy enforces zero tolerance for:
Inappropriate comments, gestures, or jokes
Unwanted advances or contact
Stalking or intimidation
Sexual messages, calls, or behavior
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Drivers must:
Accept ride requests in good faith
Avoid unnecessary or intentional cancellations
Follow navigation routes honestly
Complete rides without distance or fare manipulation
Not refuse passengers based on personal bias or destination
Drivers must:
Operate vehicles safely and responsibly
Keep vehicles clean and roadworthy
Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances
Follow safety rules and cooperate in emergencies
Drivers must not:
Carry illegal or prohibited items
Allow unauthorized passengers
Smoke during an active ride
Engage in offensive, political, or religious discussions with passengers
Agents must:
Verify driver and vehicle documents accurately
Avoid onboarding fake, underage, or unqualified drivers
Never submit forged or altered documents
Provide clear and truthful information to drivers
Avoid charging unauthorized fees
Protect personal and financial data collected during onboarding
Misrepresentation or misuse of information is strictly prohibited.
Drivers and agents must not engage in:
Fake or collusive rides
Fare or route manipulation
Wallet or incentive abuse
Referral fraud
Use of unauthorized payment methods
Financial misconduct may result in:
Immediate account termination
Loss or forfeiture of earnings
Platform blacklisting
Further action where required
Drivers and agents must:
Protect rider and platform data
Never share personal information externally
Avoid recording passengers without consent
Use in-app communication responsibly
Maintain confidentiality of platform systems and data
Any misuse of data may lead to immediate removal from the platform.
Drivers must:
Maintain a clean and presentable appearance
Use only their own registered account and device
Never sell, rent, or share accounts
Agents must:
Use only authorized Quickzy systems
Avoid unofficial tools or platforms
Quickzy may:
Conduct vehicle or account checks
Review onboarding records
Analyze GPS, transaction, and activity logs
Monitor driver and agent activity for quality and safety
Failure to cooperate with reviews may result in enforcement action.
Drivers and agents must promptly report:
Safety incidents or accidents
Harassment or misconduct complaints
Fraud attempts or suspicious behavior
Platform or wallet issues affecting rides or earnings
Failure to report serious issues may lead to disciplinary action.
Depending on severity, actions may include:
Warnings or notices
Temporary suspension
Mandatory retraining
Financial adjustments
Permanent termination
Platform blacklisting
The following may result in immediate and permanent removal:
Sexual harassment or assault
Physical violence
Payment or wallet fraud
Fake ride operations
Identity falsification
Driving under the influence
Data theft or leakage
Quickzy is not responsible for:
Personal disputes between drivers and passengers
Losses resulting from negligence
Actions taken in violation of this Code
Criminal acts by drivers or agents
Quickzy may update this Code of Conduct from time to time.
Updates take effect upon publication within the app or official Quickzy channels.
