This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You” or “User”) and Quickzy (“Quickzy”, “We”, “Us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Quickzy mobile application (the “App”) on any supported device, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Wallet & Payments Policy, and Compliance Policy.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Quickzy is a digital ride-hailing platform that connects passengers (“Riders”) with independent transportation service providers (“Drivers”).
The App is provided for personal, lawful use only and may not be used for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
The App is not designed for use in regulated industries requiring special compliance frameworks unless expressly stated.
Quickzy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Circumvent security or access controls
Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
Remove or alter proprietary notices
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination.
The App is intended to work on supported versions of iOS and Android
Device compatibility is not guaranteed across all hardware or operating systems
You are responsible for maintaining device security and internet connectivity
Quickzy is responsible for providing reasonable maintenance, updates, and support for the App.
Apple and Google are not responsible for:
App maintenance or support
User disputes
Service performance or availability

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that Quickzy may collect and process personal data including:
Account and contact information
Location data during active use
Ride history and app interactions
Payment and wallet-related information
Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
The App may include digital wallet functionality for:
Ride payments
Incentives, refunds, or commissions
Promotional credits
Key terms:
Wallet balances are stored value only and not bank deposits
Wallet funds may only be used within the App
Unauthorized transfers, misuse, or manipulation is prohibited
All wallet usage is governed by the Wallet & Payments Policy, incorporated by reference.
You may submit content such as reviews, ratings, or profile information (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you confirm that it is:
Lawful and accurate
Not misleading, abusive, or infringing
You grant Quickzy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content in connection with operating and improving the service.
Quickzy may remove content that violates this Agreement or platform policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Quickzy is not responsible for:
Network interruptions or third-party service failures
Acts or omissions of independent drivers or users
Unauthorized access to user accounts
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
You may terminate by uninstalling the App
Quickzy may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or security concerns
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
All software, trademarks, designs, and content within the App are owned by or licensed to Quickzy.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Use of the App is also subject to applicable third-party terms, including those of the app distribution platform.
Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it as applicable.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
This Agreement is governed by generally applicable principles of contract law.
Disputes should be resolved through good-faith communication where possible.
Quickzy may update this Agreement from time to time.
Updates will be made available within the App or through official channels. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
